Vamonos Recruitment is seeking an HR Generalist for an adventure European Tour Operator who will support the Head of HR.
This could be your role if you have a background in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key responsibilities:
* Employee relations: handling discipline, resolving conflicts, and promoting effective communication across all organisational levels
* Performance management
* HR Compliance
* Training & development: support and coordination
* Compensation & benefits: Administration of employee benefits, payroll processing, and compensation plans to ensure competitive and equitable offerings
* HR data management
Minimum Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour legislation
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Understanding of recruitment and the employee life cycle
* Experience with payroll systems will be advantageous
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
