Job Title: Reward Manager

Position Overview: Catalyst Partners are delighted to be partnering with a leading financial services organisation looking for a dynamic individual to join their Regulatory Reward and Governance team. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of designing and implementing their reward strategy, working closely with HR Performance and Reward colleagues and the Senior Manager on the remuneration governance cycle. You'll also be collating and drafting papers for the Remuneration Committee (RemCo), giving you exposure to senior stakeholders and engage in cyclical and project activities across their centre of expertise, covering pay policy, performance management, pensions, and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Policy Development: Create reward policies that anticipate regulatory changes and align with market practices, ensuring they adhere to our pay principles.
* Strategic Contributions: Draft and collate materials for our RemCo and Executive Committee, manage reward projects, and oversee cyclical activities.
* Risk Management: Handle the Material Risk Taker (MRT) identification and attestation process.
* Regulatory Compliance: Support the delivery of all regulatory returns and public disclosures.
* Project Implementation: Drive strategic changes through various projects within the Performance and Reward centre of expertise.
Desired Experience:
* Previous experience in a reward role, ideally within banking.
* Strong analytical skills or experience working with data.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience working directly with senior stakeholders.
Nice to have:
* Understanding of the regulatory environment.
* Extensive experience drafting materials for senior stakeholders.
