Working closely with the HR team, the key focuses will be updating the LMS, onboarding, internal communication, talent development and local outreach. Coming from a similar role within the retail and hospitality environment, you will be someone who is proactive and a creative thinker. You will play an integral part in developing the internal talent pipeline so there is lot's of scope to have a huge impact. The role is paying up to £75,000 for the right candidate. There is a 10% performance related bonus and benefits package.
