Here at The Morgan Pub Co we are looking for an exceptional individual to lead the kitchen for 2 of our sites in Oxford. You main responsibilities will be to: Staff management : Recruit, motivate, and develop staff Quality control : Ensure food is presented correctly and meets quality standards Budget management : Manage the kitchen budget and ensure food cost targets are met Purchasing : Order kitchen items and food from suppliers Hygiene and safety : Ensure staff adhere to hygiene and safety protocols Stock control : Maintain stock levels and ensure food rotation procedures are followed Time Manage between 2 sites understanding how to prioritise your skill set and rota to suit the needs of the business.
