What willthe role of Sous Chef involve?
- Deliveringdishes cooked and presented to company specification
- Managingorders, stock, invoices and food profit
- Developingyour team alongside the Head Chef
- Dailyoperation of the kitchen
- Workingclosely with the General Manager to meet the needs of the business
As a Sous Chef you willneed to have:
- Minimumof a year working as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
- Beable to read, interpret, demonstrate and execute all basic meat, fish, sauceand side dishes as provided by the supervisor
