We are looking for a passionate, positive, conscientious team-player to join our busy office located in Weybridge, to provide customer care of an exceptional standard!
We’re seeking someone who will be committed to providing the very best service to our customers and prospective customers, supporting our sales and marketing efforts and assisting our office team. A proven track record in a customer service and administrative role would be highly beneficial.
The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, an excellent telephone manner and impeccable organisational skills. Part of the role will involve contacting previous customers and prospective customers, so a passion to engage with people and build a rapport is essential.
We need someone who is a natural relationship builder, capable of delivering a reliable, friendly and professional service to our customer base.
SKILLS
- Experience working with MS Office programmes
- Experience handling incoming calls, quickly and efficiently
- Confident with working in a fast-paced office environment
- Able to prioritise and manage a busy workload
- Able to work on own initiative when required
- A natural multi-tasker with excellent efficiency
- Great accuracy and attention to detail required for order inputting and other tasks
- Proven history of providing exceptional customer service, ideally in a B2B setting
- Strong admin and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Great team player, happy to support others for the good of the company
- An intertest or experience in the skincare / beauty / wellbeing sector would be advantageous
- Well-presented and confident to meet customers face to face as well as dealing with people over the phone
- Able to manage complaints professionally and calmly, seeing any issues through to a successful outcome for all parties
JOB ROLE
The requirement of the role is to provide a memorable and exceptional customer experience to all our existing customers and prospective partners.
Dermapure has built a reputation based on excellent service and we need someone to fly the flag for the company and be the first port of call for customer enquiries or issues.
You will be responsible for overseeing the order process from our online website through to the delivery of our products. You will work closely with our warehouse team to check product availability and despatch details.
An element of this role will involve engaging with opportunities and previous clients by taking ownership of openings or upgrades for their business, so a passion for what we do and the brands we work with is essential. Full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will be required to support our sales team, working to maximise sales opportunities wherever possible and increasing sales revenue through incredible service.
