Are you a passionate and inspiring Teacher of Drama with a desire to ignite a love of theatre and performance in young people? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our thriving Drama department in a sixth form college in Hammersmith.

About the Role:
* Teach Drama at A Level, inspiring and challenging students to deepen their understanding of dramatic theory, performance practice, and theatrical history.
* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles and abilities.
* Support students in developing their performance skills, from acting and directing to stage management and design.
* Guide students in conducting independent research and completing challenging coursework, fostering their creativity and critical thinking skills.
* Contribute to the department's curriculum development and resource creation, ensuring that our Drama curriculum remains relevant, engaging, and rigorous.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues in the department and across the college to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice and keep abreast of the latest developments in Drama education.
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds QTS or equivalent.
* Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Drama.
* Demonstrates a passion for teaching Drama and a commitment to student success.
* Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
* Is confident in building rapport with students and fostering a positive and stimulating learning environment.
* Has a good understanding of the A Level Drama specifications and assessment requirements.
* Is committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
