Sous Chef
We are looking for a proven, enthusiastic and hardworking Sous Chef to join our team.
Core responsibilities will include ensuring all kitchen operations and activities are carried out in full compliance with the company’s operating standards and procedures, and the Head Chef’s instructions. You will work in conjunction with other Chefs, providing clear and consistent direction to the wider team. You are expected to effectively manage your team in the absence of our Group Head Chef.
You will have...
* A minimum of 1 years' experience working within a similar role
* Extensive experience working in a high volume restaurant
* An extensive array of culinary skills knowledge, experience and the confidence working as second-in-command to the Head Chef
* Food Hygiene level 2
* Experience managing and working with a large diverse and experienced team
* High standards for producing quality fresh food
* Excellent proven track record in leadership and mentoring skills
