Compliance forms a big part of the role so the Head Chef will have accountability from a H&S perspective.
The Requirements A strong individual with a gastro pub/restaurant or hotel background.
This role could suit an existing Senior Sous Chef looking for his first Head Chef role.
Passionate individual who relishes developing their team, including apprentices.
Self-starter with high quality service standards.
