Levy in partnership with Jockey Club Catering, is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our dynamic team at Exeter and Wincanton Racecourses. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a setting where no two days are the same - from thrilling race days to exclusive events, hospitality suites, and premium dining experiences.
* Supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, innovative menus for a variety of racecourse events
* Leading and inspiring the kitchen team to ensure seamless service on race days and beyond
* Managing food preparation, stock control, and ensuring all dishes meet our high standards
* Bringing energy, creativity, and passion to the kitchen while keeping up with the fast-paced nature of racecourse catering
* Maintaining top-tier food safety and hygiene standards
