6. Be competent in COSHH & HACCP.
7. Work closely with commis chefs, helping to train them along the way.
8. Giving ideas for new menu and daily specials that would come from your section.
About You:
1. Have a progressive background with longevity in your job role.
2. Be ambitious & have a desire to push your capabilities to the limit.
3. You are a very competent CDP or time-served commis chef wanting to make the next step up on the career ladder.
4. Confident in running your section & want the desire to learn all sections.
5. Approachable, calm under pressure & go above and beyond to help your kitchen brigade.
6. Career driven, ambitious & have an obsession with all things food.
