I am supporting a great, varied opportunity for an Assistant Shopping Centre Manager for a successful scheme in Perth.
This key position will support the Centre Manager & be a key part of the small on site team. Key areas of delivery include: -
* To be the central point of contact for the scheme
* Providing full administration support for a variety of processes/procedures
* Financial administration including updating budgets, purchase orders etc
* Tenant support - being a central point to support on site retailers/tenants
* Facilities coordination / administration - including Health & Safety administration/coordination, compliance & contractor coordination
This is a great, varied opportunity - ideal for candidates who are looking to progress their careers. Candidates will be trained in all areas but will ideally come with administration, customer service & retail experience.
