Sales Executive
Hybrid – Milton Keynes
£25,000-£30,000 plus uncapped commission (£50,000-£60,000)

Elevation is excited to be working with a solution based software company who are looking for new sales professional to add to their growing team to drive further drive growth and reach new heights.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Manage internal sales processes such as order processing, contract management, and quote generation.
2. Generate, maintain pipeline and track sales leads using the CRM database, producing necessary reports.
3. Maintain a thorough understanding of the educational market and government policies to identify growth opportunities
4. Engage with key decision makers and senior leaders
5. Make contact with potential customers via multiple channels and managing the whole sales process
6. Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics
Skills & Experience:
7. Proven experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Account Manager or Sales Executive).
8. Experience working in a high-performing, target-driven team.
9. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other administration tools.
10. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage at all levels.
11. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
12. Team player with a proactive approach and strong individual contribution.
13. Experience in the education sector or a solid understanding of the educational landscape.
14. Exceptional presentation skills and commercial acumen.
