Job Description
Based in the Sales team at Pine Lake Resort, Carnforth, this position involves calling clients and existing Club members to offer them a member update (Tours). Members are called prior to their arrival at resort or offering Video Conferencing updates at their home or work location. The position is also responsible for entering information regarding booked tours into CLARITY which is a CRM system. The position also calls members prior to their appointment to confirm the tour. The position will also be expected to call members on site and may be asked to work as a concierge on site to generate tours.
The role requires the successful role holder to work 40 hours a week, 5 days over 7 which may include weekends and bank holidays.
Job Duties include:
1. Making outbound calls through a dialer and/or list provided by the company and receives inbound calls based on multiple marketing channels. The executive offers qualified owners, members and prospects different incentives in exchange for attendance at a Timeshare Sales Presentation.
2. Promoting marketing packages and engaging in on-site marketing activity on resort.
3. Responsible for multi-tasking, following the guidelines and qualifications of different programs whilst following a branded script and making outbound calls to or taking inbound calls from a member of prospective member on the phone.
4. Maintaining the utmost professionalism when interacting with fellow team members/management as well as members and prospective members.
5. Establishing and maintaining familiarity with each package and location offered, systems and processes utilized, and company and departmental guidelines.
6. Complying with company guidelines for solicitation including, but not limited to, script adherence in telephone communications.
7. Complying with company guidelines as they relate to solicitation, telephone communications, and the Do Not Call list.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will:
8. Establish and maintain familiarity with all programs, systems and resorts.
9. Must maintain production standards following the first initial 30 days after training is completed within the department.
Must not exceed 30% cancellation rate for the month.
10. Be responsible for maintaining a telephone call stat of 80% or greater connection time.
11. Be responsible for an average of 100 calls per day. (Outbound and Inbound)
12. Must maintain the minimum monthly budget VPG of £800 on all tours.
13. Maintains the ability to consistently apply training received on computer programs including but not limited to Clarity, Grand Central, i3, Microsoft Office Suite.
14. Establish the ability to be flexible with the schedule required in performing the essential tasks of the position.
15. Collect deposits as needed for packages and upgrades.
16. Maintain open and honest communication with leadership.
17. Maintain professional appearance and organized workspace.
18. Attend and/or complete all required meetings, trainings, and webinars as instructed by management.
19. Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.
20. Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
