As a Data Engineer you will: Be an enthusiastic Data Engineer to support the delivery of our data transformation. Working as part of a new team, you will work on establishing a robust and scalable data platform for the business. You will play a key role in driving our ambition to create a best-in-class data engineering function. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for collecting, processing, and storing large datasets. Develop and optimise database systems, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide support for analytics. Deploy machine learning models into production environments. Implement data integration and transformation processes (ETL) from various sources to ensure high-quality, accessible data. Role Requirements: Strong background in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in programming languages. Expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of data modelling, data architecture, and API integrations. Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for collecting, processing, and storing large datasets. Develop and optimize database systems, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
