Senior Recruitment Manager
THE ROLE:
1. Supervise recruitment projects with a specialization in Accounting and Finance.
2. Responsible for the entire recruitment process: advertising roles, candidate selection, and finalizing agreements between employer and recruit.
3. Continuous business development with the acquisition of new clients.
4. Designing Search Plans, Mapping, and Headhunting.
5. Interviewing candidates and assisting in the preparation of interviews, while assessing soft skills and aptitudes.
6. You search for qualified professionals and approach them directly.
YOUR PROFILE
1. 1-2 years of minimum 360° recruitment experience.
2. Proven knowledge of current market trends in recruitment.
3. Excellent communication skills with an advanced level of English (both verbal and written).
4. Proactive, confident, and outgoing personality.
5. High level of self-motivation and stamina.
6. Teamwork and international mindset.
