Job Role
* A Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing kitchen activities including overseeing staff, assisting with preparation, and ensuring food quality and freshness.
* A Senior Sous Chef to help support the management and recruitment of all new back of house team members.
* A Senior Sous Chef who has the ability to support running busy services and concepts simultaneously.
The Requirements
* A proven track record within a fresh food operation.
* A proven track record of leading a team.
* A Senior Sous Chef with a background in hotels or quality restaurants.
* The Senior Sous Chef will have an understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
* Good literacy skills, verbal, written, and spoken.
* A team player who leads from the front.
