We are currently recruiting on behalf of a UK wide Recruitment Agency that specialises within the Logistics Sector. They are seeking an experienced, billing Recruitment Manager to lead their team by example during an exciting period of growth and expansion. We're looking for an excellent recruiter who can lead a team to deliver an exceptional recruitment service to all our clients and candidates. You will be leading a team of both experienced and junior consultants within a successful market as an established brand and will be tasked with growing the contract recruitment team by developing new and existing client relationships. Industry Experience is not essential but proof of your fees over the last 12 months will be required. Responsibilities: Working with established and new team members to drive the temporary and permanent recruitment desk and achieve agreed targets. Development and mentoring of all consultants in team to deliver quality service to all clients and candidates. Providing weekly reports on team outcomes and developing strategy for improvement areas. Working closely with individual team members to develop individual desk plans and highlight areas for growth. Participating actively in supporting PSL business for the team including working on tender responses, presentations, client reviews and guiding the development of the relationship. Leading in new business for the team including presentations, client reviews and guiding development of the relationship. Building a strong team of successful recruitment consultants, hiring and onboarding new team members to grow the division. Training and coaching team members on all areas of the recruitment lifecycle. Monitoring contractor compliance and dealing with escalated queries. Fully demonstrating all areas of communication, team working, personal effectiveness, planning and problem solving, customer focus and sales excellence. Requirements: You will have significant recruitment experience, ideally managing a small team. You should be able to demonstrate success through achievement against previous revenue targets and also development of business relationships (both candidates and clients). You must have ability for both new business generation and account management and delivery. Any experience of selling value-added services such as managed services, retained business or managing agency solutions is advantageous.
