Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Prestigious Showroom, Lancashire
Salary: £42,000 per annum + Generous Commission Structure
Job Type: Full-Time (42.5 hours per week, rota basis)

Operating from a prestigious showroom in Lancashire, they offer bespoke solutions to discerning customers, ensuring premium quality and exceptional service.
They are now seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their team—a motivated, results-driven professional who is passionate about sales, customer experience, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and revenue growth through effective strategies and strong client relationship management.

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives.
*
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, following up on leads and potential customers.
*
Provide world-class customer service both in-person at the showroom and over the phone.
*
Meet with customers, prepare project briefs, and generate detailed quotations.
*
Manage customer projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with fitting teams where required.
*
Conduct occasional site visits to customer homes as needed.
*
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
*
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent after-sales service.
About You:

Minimum 5 years’ proven sales experience in a high-end retail environment.
*
Strong knowledge and understanding of glazing products and bespoke window and door solutions.
*
Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
*
A professional attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and IT proficiency.
*
Self-motivated with a passion for personal development and business growth.
*
High level of attendance, personal presentation, and the ability to influence, inspire, and connect with customers.
