Role: Operations Training Manager
Location: Hamble (Onsite with some flexibility)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
In this exciting position, you’ll design and deliver training strategies that empower employees to excel in their roles. You’ll collaborate with global teams, lead initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities, and drive innovative training programs that support professional growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a training team to ensure employees are compliant and competent in standard operating procedures.
* Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring new team members are set up for success.
* Develop a comprehensive training academy to support career pathing and skills development.
* Partner with global teams to adopt and share best practices.
* Drive continuous improvement in training initiatives to meet KPIs.
Requirements:
* Experienced leader with a proven track record in training and development.
* CIPD Certificate in Learning and Development (minimum Level 3) preferred.
* Manufacturing or regulated industry experience is desirable.
* Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and delivering impactful metrics.
* Strong project management and facilitation skills.
