You’ll be at the forefront of culinary excellence, leading and developing a dedicated brigade of chefs who share your passion for food. A key part of your role will also involve mentoring and preparing our students for the real world of work, equipping them with the skills and confidence they need to thrive in the hospitality industry after college. About You Each team member is expected to act as an Ambassador for The Yarrow delivering individualised and personalised services for business and leisure travellers. Your task is to provide a personal, confident, conversational, direct and affirming service to make guests feel refreshed and recharged and want to return. You will have complete knowledge of your hotel and local area to ensure that our guests get the most out of their stay. The successful candidate will be able to display excellent culinary skills and will be highly guest-focused with a passion for providing guests with exceptional quality beauty treatments. The ideal candidate will have Industry awareness eg relevant skills, certifications and have worked as a Head Chef in a similar Hotel / Establishment for at least one year, you will also have experience within the industry / legal standards etc and good organisational skills in order to provide an effective and efficient service.
