HEAD CHEF / KITCHEN MANAGER - UP TO £40, 000
We are looking for an ambitious, passionate Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to support us in delivering our next set of goals. We care about great food, amazing presentation, and great people, and are looking for someone who would love to take on our clean, modern kitchen.

As the Head Chef, your role will be to lead a team of chefs and KPs, including hiring, training, and appraisals, be responsible for all hygiene-related tasks and paperwork, stock rotation, stock count, as well as managing labour and food costs to budget, and ensuring consistently great food quality.
We need you to be passionate about training and developing your co-workers so that the kitchen functions to the same high standards even when you are not on shift.
The ideal candidate would be:
* Passionate about Sensory & Rye and about cooking great food
* Ability to train and motivate staff to work to consistently high standards and lead by example
* Previous experience and knowledge of managing a kitchen team
* Experienced in controlling food and labour costs
* Able to keep tight control on stock rotation and kitchen health and safety

Pay: £33,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
