Job Description
* Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and develop appropriate solutions.
* Advise and support managers on HR policies and procedures.
* Manage recruitment processes using platforms like Workable.
* Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
* Utilise HR systems such as Hi-Bob to maintain and update employee records.
* Coordinate and manage employee engagement initiatives.
* Lead performance management processes.
* Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Generalist should have:
* A solid understanding of all aspects of HR management within a SME.
* An existing right to live and work in the UK without the need for sponsorship by the employer.
* Substantial recent experience of supporting a call centre / sales client group of at least 50 headcount.
* Demonstrable recent experience of managing complex Employee Relations cases under UK law.
* Proficiency in HR systems like Hi-Bob and recruitment platforms like Workable.
* A keen interest in the FinTech, Technology & Telecoms industry.
* A strong ability to build relationships and influence at all levels within an organisation.
* Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
* Financial Services experience desired but not essential.
* Able to be in office 5 days per week during probationary period. (Hybrid considered after this.)
