We are currently partnering with a global FTSE 100 organisation who are looking for an experienced Reward Manager, responsible for delivering their global benefits strategy. This is a permanent role based in London on a hybrid basis, sitting within a small and collaborative team.
Role Purpose:
The Reward Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all reward activities within designated regions for the company. The focus will be on reward frameworks, collaborating with internal teams to design and implement global reward programs. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment with business objectives and will need to keep abreast of industry trends and regulations.
Key Responsibilities of the Reward Manager:
* To drive the reward agenda for designated areas.
* Develop and implement solutions that encourage a culture of transparency and fairness.
* Drive continuous improvement, and proactively discourage complacency.
* Collaborate within a matrix environment, contributing to broader discussions on performance, talent, and engagement.
* Ensure that the HR team and leaders are informed and able to communicate Reward processes and policies.
* Bring in experts from wider reward functions, including executive compensation, pensions, and benefits, as needed.
* Develop and maintain a robust salary framework that aligns with business strategy, market trends, and global compensation standards.
* Provide guidance on budgeting and investment in reward programs, ensuring focus on critical skills.
* Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and talent retention.
* Undertake some broader project work to support the delivery of the HR strategy.
* Collect regular feedback from employees and use insights to support the EVP and colleague promise.
* Support the delivery of key reward projects across the organisation.
* Analyse compensation data and provide insights to minimize unplanned pay changes.
Key Skills & Experience of the Reward Manager:
* Proven experience in a compensation or rewards role, preferably across multiple countries.
* Preferred experience of reward frameworks or of benefits frameworks.
* In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, market trends, and pay transparency regulations.
* Experience of working within a matrix environment.
* Maintenance of existing frameworks as well as experience in the creation of new.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and report on compensation data.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative reward strategies that attract and retain top talent.
* Experience in renewing Reward Strategies.
