Sous Chef Responsibilities:
* Assist Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and meeting quality and safety standards.
* Oversee food preparation and ensure timely delivery of meals.
* Collaborate with culinary team to develop new menu items and recipes.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies and ingredients.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following proper food handling and sanitation guidelines.
* Coordinate with servers and other staff to ensure smooth operation during service.
Requirements:
* Experience working in high quality kitchens at a Sous Chef Level.
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
* Proven ability to work well in a team environment.
* Knowledge of menu planning and recipe development.
