Job Description:

If so, we want you to join the team as a Sales Executive at one of the most respected Baby Leaf, Salad, Herb and edible flower growers in the country!
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling their premium products to a diverse range of customers. You’ll be responsible for driving growth, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening existing relationships with clients. Your inquisitive nature and ambitious mindset will be key to your success in this role, as you’ll constantly seek new ways to improve sales and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive business growth.
* Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Customer Engagement: Effectively communicate our product’s value proposition to a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
* Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
* Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of all salad and herb offerings and their benefits, sharing this expertise with customers.
* Lead Generation: Identify and approach new customers to expand our reach in the market.
* Reporting: Regularly track and report on sales performance and progress toward targets.
Key Qualities:

Qualifications:
* Previous experience in sales (no matter how limited), preferably in the food or agricultural sector (though not mandatory).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
