Sales Training Manager – 12 month FTC (Potential to go permanent) Location: Manchester Salary - £45,000 DOE We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Training Manager to join a growing and dynamic secured loan brokerage in the UK. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement training programmes for sales teams to improve performance and increase productivity. Deliver training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance regulations, and customer service standards. Assess individual team member performance, identify areas for improvement, and create tailored coaching plans. Work closely with sales managers and team leaders to ensure the effective integration of training into daily sales operations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure training materials are compliant with the latest industry standards. Analyse sales performance data and feedback to continuously refine and improve training methods. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the sales teams. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff, ensuring they are fully equipped with the skills and knowledge required to succeed. Monitor the impact of training programmes through key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management. Stay up to date with industry trends, financial products, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and impactful. Qualifications: Proven experience in a Sales Training Manager or similar role, ideally within the financial services sector. Strong understanding of secured loans, mortgage products, and the relevant UK regulations. Experience in delivering high-quality training sessions, both in person and online. A track record of improving sales team performance through effective training and coaching. Knowledge of relevant software applications and systems used in loan processing and sales management. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. A proactive and hands-on approach to training delivery and development. Experience in monitoring and analysing performance data to drive improvements. CeMAP qualification or equivalent is desirable, but not essential.
