Join our award-winning Production Kitchen as a Sous Chef and lead a team in stock management, quality control, and compliance with internal systems.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the production kitchen brigade and assisting the Head Chef in managerial duties
* Setting daily production levels and monitoring goods received from vendors and production
* Ensuring quality standards are met and administering production to minimize wastage
* Adhering to Health & Safety regulations and procedures
Requirements:
* Strong hospitality experience in a 5* hotel, high-end restaurant, or cruise ship kitchen
* Knowledge and passion for food and drink
* Experience managing a large team and excellent interpersonal skills
* Good attention to detail and PC literacy (Word, Excel, and SAP)
