We are currently recruiting for an ambitious Sous Chef or a Chef de Partie looking for their next challenge on a full-time basis for The Jockey Club at Exeter and Wincanton Racecourse. Your key responsibilities will include: Preparing and serving high quality food for our restaurant, retail areas and contract clients. Supporting with the creation of new menu ideas and new concepts. To assist the Head Chef and supervise on a race day. Ensuring deliveries are the desired quality and dispatching goods to the relevant kitchens and areas. Comply with food handling, hygiene and health and safety regulations - Training will be provided to comply with Food Information Regulations and allergens. Essential requirements: Basic computer skills. Own transport is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in a busy environment.
