About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team for a 9-month fixed-term contract. Based in N7, this role will offer a blend of office-based and remote work. As the Recruitment Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a high-volume, efficient, and compliant service. You will support the alignment of recruitment processes within our newly merged organisation and contribute to our transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring the effective end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy identification to hiring and onboarding.
2. Supervise and support the team with regular performance monitoring, supervisions, and providing coaching for continuous development.
3. Analyse recruitment metrics and generate reports to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
4. Act as the subject matter expert on recruitment processes during the Workday transformation project.
5. Provide training and guidance to managers on recruitment policies, best practices, and interview techniques.
6. Oversee the pre-employment checks process, ensuring full compliance with organisational policies.
7. Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
8. Manage a small caseload of vacancies and provide cover as necessary to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
1. CIPD Level 3/5 (Desirable)
2. Educated to graduate level (Desirable)
Skills & Experience
1. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities (Essential)
2. Skilled negotiator and influencer at all levels, including senior management (Essential)
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Essential)
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint (Essential)
5. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team, delegating work effectively (Essential)
6. Project management experience (Desirable)
7. Significant experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the health and social care sector (Essential)
8. Experience in managing and monitoring team performance to maintain high recruitment standards (Essential)
9. Proven experience in reporting, analysing, and improving recruitment metrics (Essential)
10. Experience with HRIS/ERP systems, such as Workday or Oracle (Desirable)
