LSH Auto is a premier automotive dealership dedicated to providing the best selection of luxury vehicles. We are currently looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at our dealership in Macclesfield. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their car buying experience, ensuring they receive exceptional service and assistance in selecting the right vehicle for their needs.
Hours: 40
Salary: up to £60k including OTE, plus a company car
Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
2. Provide detailed information about our car offerings and facilitate test drives.
3. Guide customers through the purchase process, from initial inquiry to final sale.
4. Maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to team goals.
6. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless buying experience.
Key Requirements
1. Experience in automotive sales or a similar customer service role is preferred.
2. Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Passion for cars and knowledge of the automotive industry.
7. Full clean UK driving licence.
