Required Skills - Sous Chef
* Currently a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef within a similar role
* Experience working to a 2AA Rosette standard
* Conference and Banqueting experience is essential
* Experienced with volume and managing multiple weddings, events
* Minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking
* Adhere to food safety legislation
* Excellent Kitchen Planning
* Hands on, passionate, Energetic Self-motivated individual
* Manage ordering and controlling of stock
* Passionate about food, standards & results
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join our client in the Midlands to help maintain the hotels high standards.
Salary: £50,000.00 per year (dependent on experience)
