As we prepare for our grand opening, we are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our team and help shape the future of the hotel. The Role As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, team management, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. You will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, creativity, and leadership skills while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. Develop innovative and seasonal menus that align with our high standards. Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control. Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards in compliance with regulations. Manage kitchen budgets, control stock, and minimise waste. Train, mentor, and develop kitchen team to enhance performance and skills. Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure an outstanding dining experience for guests. About You Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant. Passion for high-quality cuisine and creative menu development. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control. Commitment to delivering a high-quality dining experiences. Requirements Expertise in menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation. Strong knowledge of international cuisines and current food trends. Ability to cater to dietary restrictions and special requirements.
