Freedom Tech is a subsidiary of CSI leasing Europe. We are primarily an Asset Finance company and offer innovative financing solutions for all technology purchases to schools and businesses. We are looking for Sales Executives to join our team in Windsor. Your role is an exciting one that is responsible for developing and managing new and existing customer accounts to maximise sales and margin and maintain Freedom Tech’s leading position in its chosen markets. Working with Strategic Partners such as IT resellers to generate new business.
As a Sales Executive, you will identify and open business opportunities for senior managers, improve profitability and help the business grow.
You will act as a champion and ambassador of the business, its values, mission, and market position whilst showcasing our industry leading tech to support with the very best end to end sales process.
You will be given the opportunity to work within the various vertical markets that Freedom Tech operate in, to give you exposure to the variety of services and propositions that we provide. Over the course of your initial 12 months, you will be given appropriate training and support in order to give you the opportunity when it arises to progress into an Account Manager role.
To execute the CSI UK Sales and Channel Management Strategy as set by the business.
Responsibilities:
Customer/Key Account Management and Sales:
1. Conduct calls to existing customers to conduct customer experience calls and generate additional sales including cross sell opportunities of other products and services.
2. Conduct cold call to potential customers to prospect for new business.
3. Research and identify business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
4. Meet and exceed KPI’s such as opportunities opened, calls, talk time, data enrichment.
5. Work with the heads of different vertical markets to understand the proposition that we offer into that market, and proactively target new business across those areas.
6. Attain minimum standards for quotes, calls and sales quotas.
7. Log new customer information and varied sales data for existing customers into database
8. Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
9. Implement and monitor independent sales plans.
10. Share knowledge of existing and emerging customer needs and wants and build into customer and sales plans.
11. Monitor account pricing activities to meet company brand, market and profitability requirements.
12. Utilise sales account management techniques and focused on key areas of the market to improve business performance.
13. Develop a strong knowledge of your account base.
Relationships with Strategic Partners and External Agencies:
1. Conduct calls to strategic partner account managers to uncover sales opportunities.
2. Log opportunity information and varied sales data for strategic partners into database
3. As appropriate, attend and share in the responsibilities to produce sales plans.
4. Establish and maintain business relationships with industry influencers, key customers, strategic partners, and external agencies and apply the knowledge from these relationships into independent account plans.
5. Manage relationships with customers using clear, agreed upon and approved briefs.
6. Add value to the Strategic Partners through hard work and dedication to assisting them deliver against their goals and objectives
7. Follow all CSI policies and procedures.
8. Attend performance management meetings, contribute to self-development

Conditions:
* Salary: We offer a competitive salary + commission.
* Holiday Allowance: 25 days (increasing to 30 based on length of service) plus bank holidays and your birthday off.
