Our client is a popular destination food led pub with an excellent reputation set in the Ashbourne area. They are looking for an enthusiastic Head Chef to come on board and lead their brigade. This busy high quality gastro pub prides itself on producing all in house from the freshest local produce in this multi rosette kitchen. The gastro has won both national & local awards.
The ideal candidate will have a solid Gastro/Restaurant & multi-Rosette background
My clients are currently searching for an experienced Head chef to run the kitchen at this established gastro. All food will be sourced locally and the menu utilising the best of local seasonal produce available. This will in turn complemented by excellent non- intrusive service.
