Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 (M1 - UPS3)

Day to day responsibilities:
- Deliver dynamic and engaging lessons in English and Drama that ignite students’ passion for literature and the performing arts.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of students, making adjustments to support plans as needed.
- Manage behaviour and creating a positive and motivating learning environment.
- Liaise with other team members, inputting ideas for lesson plans and curriculum development.
- Provide personalised support and mentorship to students, helping them develop their skills and confidence in both subjects.
- Uphold the school's high standards of academic excellence and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and success.
Desirable qualifications:
PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification.
Relevant knowledge and experience of working with children.
Understanding of the Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
