Technology Sales Executive
Remote (UK)
Salary: £40-50k + bonus + benefits!
As a Sales Support Executive you’ll play an integral role in helping us further expand our customer-base to sustainably grow the business.
The focus of the role is to work closely with the sales team, reporting to the Sales Director working collaboratively to develop strong, long-term relationships with customers and overseeing the sales process.
Responsibilities:
* Support the management of a portfolio of customers to achieve long-term success.
* Develop positive relationships with customers.
* Act as the sales point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs, working with the team to provide solutions in a timely manner.
* Support the sales process (e.g. meeting coordination, preparing and managing paperwork incl. proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), etc., and ensuring all relevant checks are completed as part of the sales process, CRM housekeeping, progress tracking, weekly reporting, etc.)
* Support the generation of new business using existing and potential customer networks.
* Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
* Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
* Have a strong interest in technology, understand cloud computing concepts and its value, benefits, risks and challenges to today’s organisations
* Establish a good understanding of our services and solutions and be able to speak knowledgeably to others
* Have experience of the sales process, from identifying prospects, creating opportunity and filling the funnel to negotiating and closing.
* Identify the appropriate contact(s) in target organisations, foster and develop relationships, building trust and confidence in our ability to deliver.
* Promote our services and solutions, and identify opportunities.
* Resilient, positive, self-directed, self-motivated and able to meet objectives with little or no direct supervision; comfortable working autonomously, to targets and deadlines, whilst engaging the wider team to help achieve your individual and team goals
