Reed are working with a fantastic growing organisation for their office in Norwich, recruiting for the position of Account Manager to join the team on a permanent full-time basis.
Working Monday to Friday office hours (subject to your preference).
Within the role, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, with responsibility for managing and nurturing the relationships, having proactive conversations to ensure the best service and retain your clients each year, whilst identifying client needs and upselling to deliver additional revenue, achieving targets and continually improving customer satisfaction.
This role would suit a proactive, enthusiastic and customer-focused individual with account management skills and the ability to identify & upsell.
Package
* Salary of £26,500 plus bonus/commission of £12,000 = OTE £38,000 (you can earn up to £50,000 based on exceeding targets)

Responsibilities
* Build rapport with your customer base, proactively contacting your customers to understand their individual requirements via phone, email, and face-to-face virtual meetings, identifying areas where the company can further support their objectives and maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Cross-selling other services and liaising with other departments to ensure all services are promoted.
* Delivering targets, based on retaining, managing and negotiating annual renewals and upselling business within existing accounts, ensuring pipeline focused on short, mid, and long-term revenue opportunities.
* Accurately forecasting revenue, scheduling product deliveries, dealing with queries and supporting the operations team to ensure a great service is delivered.
* Converting new products onto the company service to support specific projects, ensuring customers receive content for online launches.
* Logging customer interaction and reporting data, presenting proposals to clients to ensure the right outcome in all meetings/discussions.
Requirements
* Proven track record of managing customer relationships (ideally business-to-business, although business-to-consumer will be considered).
* Sales skills with a desire to overachieve against both personal targets and objectives, with a proven track record of delivering results against both revenue targets and KPI’s.
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly organised, driven, with good time management skills and a methodical approach.
* Able to prioritise workload and excellent attention to detail.
* Experience in Digital, Ecommerce, FMCG would be desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills, with strong presentation skills and the ability to build rapport and network effectively.
