An exciting opportunity has become available in an up and coming local restaurant. Your main tasks will include:
* Leading the kitchen team
* Supervising food preparation
* Producing high quality plates
* Dinner Service
You will work alongside a Pastry Chef and report directly to the Head Chef who is calm, organised and efficient – there will be no shouting or pot throwing in this kitchen!
To be considered for this role you must have:
* 5 years of Sous Chef experience leading a team
* Excellent English and communication
* Passion for what you do
* Exact time management
Your application may be placed at an advantage if in addition to the above you have Char Grill experience.
