Service Desk Analyst (Service Desk, DNS, DHCP, Networking, Active Directory, AD, Windows, Server, o365) Permanent Home Based
Charles Simon Associates are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst on a permanent basis for our prestigious client who have their head office in Manchester.
Location: Home Based with some travel
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum D.O.E
Skills/Requirements for the Service Desk Analyst:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Extensive Active Directory
* o365 experience
* Experience of working with remote monitoring tools
* Windows desktop support versions 8 and above
* Any experience of Windows Server is highly desirable

1. Ensuring that the Service Desk Manager and other senior members of the IT business are kept informed of progress and in particular are told of major problems and/or issues in a timely manner
