Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

4. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
5. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
6. Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.
7. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
8. Help manage kitchen operations during peak hours, maintaining a calm and organised environment.
Skills
