About the role
Franchise Recruitment Manager
We're looking for a Franchise Recruitment Manager with multi-site retail experience and strong leadership skills to join our team at One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco.
As the Franchise Recruitment Manager, you will play a key role inmanaging the recruitment pipeline from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new franchise. You will build strong relationships with internal teams, franchisees, and stakeholders, while promoting the brand through strategic engagement and social media.
You will be responsible for
1. Drive effective working relationships with franchise team and company business to ensure we maximise the franchise partnership.
2. Manage and own my recruitment pipeline tracker and ensure the business is kept up to date on a regular basis.
3. Follow up and manage all incoming retailer enquiries in a timely manner whilst fulfilling all admin requirements.
4. Visit all incoming leads that meet our franchise criteria within a defined timeframe and arrange VIP visits for all leads wishing to progress.
5. Own and fully manage the relationship with franchisees throughout the onboarding process to the point of signing the Franchise Contract.
6. Work collaboratively with my BDM colleagues to ensure a seamless franchisee briefing and hand over at completion of the refit planning stages
7. Work effectively with BDM's and Project Manager's to ensure we provide a consistent and timely service to our franchisees.
8. Work proactively with the finance team and franchisee to process financial information efficiently and in line with the credit process and profitability.
9. Responsible for the recruitment of quality franchise stores in line with Right retailer/Right store guidance and criteria.
10. Gain comprehensive knowledge of my territory to build good retailer and store networks to help build my future recruitment pipelines.
11. Gather competitor, market information and feedback to ensure One Stop Franchise is kept up to date with sector information and changes.
12. Build my own social media platforms and to be proactive in sharing quality Onestop PR to help drive engagement with our brand.
13. Work closely with recruitment team members to share knowledge and best practice to drive KPI numbers
