The Role:
This is a remote / field-based role with travel required to sites
Key responsibilities:
* Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals
* Review CVs, conduct phone screenings, schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and culture fit
* Support the Head of People with key HR projects
About you:
* A passion for people and previous experience in recruitment / talent acquisition within hospitality
