Responsibilities
1. Overseeing multiple e-learning content development projects simultaneously, managing scope, scheduling, and production milestones.
2. Coordinate the work of external contractors including instructional designers, graphic designers, and e-learning agencies.
3. Monitor and control project progress, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
4. Identify project risks, implementing necessary actions to mitigate them, and escalating issues when required.
5. Support resource management by identifying when additional support is needed and selecting the best contractors for specific tasks.
6. Track and log project progress using appropriate documentation processes.
7. Conduct proofreading and quality assurance checks as necessary.
8. Resolve queries and provide issue resolution following feedback from stakeholders.
9. Collect and analyse project data to inform decision-making and communicate insights.
10. Contribute to identifying trends, best practices, and areas for improvement.
Skills
1. Experience with designing and developing learning content using authoring tools including the Articulate Suite e.g. Rise and Storyline.
2. Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing competing priorities efficiently.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
5. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with a proactive approach to task management.
6. Proven experience in project management within a creative or content development environment.
7. Familiarity with proofreading, quality checking, and content testing.
Education
1. Any L&D related qualifications are desirable but not essential.
Experience
1. Previous experience in production coordination, preferably in digital content or e-learning development using authoring tools.
2. Great understanding of instructional design methodologies e.g. ADDIE.
3. Experience in converting face-to-face learning into online or blended formats is advantageous.
4. Knowledge of learning principles and their application to digital content development.
