What’s involved?
A successful Senior Sous Chef will work alongside an incredibly talented Executive Chef, developing and preparing dishes and getting ready for service with shifts predominantly straight. Leading the team and the running of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef ensuring standards are maintained and grow into a Head Chef position to take over. Candidates will stand a better chance if they have experience in a similar role at 3 AA Rosette level or Michelin level and the opportunity to progress within the company is given.
