Based in Karachi and Islamabad, Pakistan, the Recruitment Managers will oversee student recruitment for the entire CATS Global Schools portfolio. Their primary responsibility will be working with education agents, though they will also provide direct counselling to students and parents. The Recruitment Manager based in Karachi will focus on the southern region of Pakistan, including Hyderabad and Quetta, as well as the countries of Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Meanwhile, the Islamabad-based Recruitment Manager will manage the northern region of Pakistan, including Faisalabad and Lahore, as well as the country of Nepal. Both Recruitment Managers will report directly to the Regional Director.
Responsibilities
1. Achieve an individual sales target encompassing all brands.
2. Achieve KPIs in growing the number of agents delivering academic business.
3. Key Account Management with agents in the country/region.
4. Upward communication of market intelligence.
5. Keep spend within an agreed regional/country OPEX budget.
6. Train agents, answer questions, and resolve issues with current/potential students.
7. Counsel students and parents.
8. Communicate market intelligence to key stakeholders in the Sales and Marketing teams and Colleges.
9. International travel to attend agent meetings and student-facing events abroad in line with the regional sales and marketing strategy.
10. Support sales and marketing alignment through communication.
