We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join a contract catering site in Central London.
Salary is £40,000 per year.
5 days out of 7.
Sous Chef Duties:
* Overseeing kitchen operations
* Leading and managing junior kitchen staff
* Ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to create menus
* Maintain kitchen efficiency
* Uphold food safety standards
This position will work for a staff canteen in a well-known shopping center in Central London.
You will lead a brigade of 10 under the Head Chef.
