Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A passion for helping people and a background in financial services or complaint handling.
* Investigatory skills and/or customer journey experience would be an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel) and computer competency is essential.
