Champion our Company Purchasing Assistance Incentives and heroically promote our Panel Solicitors. Identify any unsold unit villains and team up with the Sales Manager to defeat them Use your sales superpowers to upsell extras and fill our treasure chests. Choose the perfect colours for unsold units and make sure they shine brighter than a rainbow. Inspect completed units daily, reporting any defects to the Site Manager like a true vigilante. Keep in touch with purchasers weekly, keeping them informed and excited about their new abode. Monitor sales progress like a hawk, ensuring contracts are exchanged in record time. Ready the plots for their grand reveal and ensure smooth legal completions with the Site Manager as your sidekick. Sales Superstar Specifications: Experience: Experience within a housebuilding company in a similar role (or secret agent experience accepted). Key Knowledge and Skills: A deep understanding of the New Build Industry and Housing Market (knowledge of secret lairs a bonus). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (superhuman persuasion abilities appreciated). A proven track record in New Build Sales (previous feats of heroism celebrated). Knowledge of GDPR Implications, The Property Mis-descriptions Act, The Data Protection Act, The Consumer Code for House Builders (ability to navigate through legal labyrinths). Excellent organisational and customer service skills (multi-tasking like a boss). Tech-savvy and comfortable with IT systems (familiarity with gadgets a plus).
