Duties
1. Make outbound calls to businesses
2. Work towards growing business
3. Build good relationships with internal and external customers
4. Record any sales calls using the company system
5. Understand the product ranges
6. Assist other departments when necessary
Requirements
1. Excellent telephone etiquette
2. Good communication skills
3. Admin skills and IT skills are essential for this role
4. An individual who can work to deadlines in an organised fashion
5. Previous experience within a telesales environment
